Bu Gizlilik Politikasi, Dolap Hafizasi mobil uygulamasinin kullanici verilerini nasil isledigini aciklar.
Uygulama yerel-oncelikli calisir; dolaplar, esyalar, notlar, tarihler ve fotograflar varsayilan olarak kullanicinin cihazinda saklanir.

1. Topladigimiz veya Isledigimiz Veriler

Dolap Hafizasi, kullanici hesabi veya oturum acma sistemi kullanmaz. Uygulamada kullanici tarafindan girilen asagidaki veriler cihaz icinde saklanabilir:

Dolap/konum adlari ve renk tercihleri
Esya adlari, miktar bilgileri, barkod bilgisi, notlar, ekleme tarihi ve son kullanma tarihi
Kullanici secim yaparsa kamera veya galeriden eklenen esya fotograflari
Uygulama ayarlari, bildirim tercihleri ve bildirim saati
Yerel gecmis ve analiz kayitlari, ornegin tuketilen veya cikarilan urunler

2. Kamera, Galeri ve Yapay Zeka Ozellikleri

Uygulama, kullanici esya fotografi cekmek veya cihaz uzerinde nesne tanima ozelligini kullanmak istediginde kamera izni isteyebilir.
Kamera ve galeri kullanimi kullanicinin aktif secimine baglidir. Nesne tanima ozelligi cihaz uzerinde calisan yerel model ile yapilir; bu islem icin esya fotograflari uygulama tarafindan bir sunucuya gonderilmez.

3. Verilerin Kullanilma Amaclari

Veriler su amaclarla kullanilir:

Dolap, kiler, baza veya benzeri saklama alanlarindaki esyalari listelemek
Esya miktarini, ekleme tarihini ve son kullanma tarihini takip etmek
Son kullanma tarihi yaklasan urunler icin yerel bildirim gostermek
Kullaniciya analiz, gecmis ve doluluk bilgileri sunmak
Reklam gosterimi ve reklam performansi icin Google AdMob hizmetini kullanmak

4. Reklamlar ve Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetler

Dolap Hafizasi, uygulama icinde banner reklam gostermek icin Google AdMob kullanir.
Google AdMob, reklam sunumu, reklam olcumu, sahtecilik onleme ve benzer amaclarla cihaz bilgileri, reklam kimligi, IP adresi, uygulama etkilesimleri ve tanilama verileri gibi bazi verileri isleyebilir.
Bu veriler Google’in kendi gizlilik politikasi ve reklam politikalarina gore islenir.

5. Veri Paylasimi

Uygulamada kullanicinin girdigi dolap, esya, not, tarih ve fotograf verileri tarafimizca bir sunucuya yuklenmez ve satilmaz.
Ancak reklam gosterimi icin Google AdMob SDK’si tarafindan islenen veriler Google ile paylasilabilir.

6. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Uygulama verileri kullanici silene veya uygulama cihazdan kaldirilana kadar cihazda saklanir.
Kullanici bir esyayi sildiginde veya tamamen cikardiginda, ilgili yerel kayitlar ve varsa uygulama tarafindan kaydedilen fotograf dosyalari silinebilir.
Uygulamanin kaldirilmasi, Android’in uygulama ozel alaninda tutulan yerel verileri de kaldirir.

7. Bildirimler

Uygulama, son kullanma tarihi yaklasan urunler icin yerel bildirim gonderebilir.
Android 13 ve uzeri cihazlarda bildirim izni kullanicidan acikca istenir. Bildirim tercihleri uygulama ayarlarindan degistirilebilir.

8. Guvenlik

Uygulama, kullanici verilerini Android’in uygulama ozel depolama alani ve yerel veritabani uzerinde saklar.
Internet baglantisi temel olarak reklam gosterimi gibi ucuncu taraf hizmetler icin kullanilir.

9. Cocuklarin Gizliligi

Dolap Hafizasi cocuklara yonelik bir uygulama olarak tasarlanmamistir.
Uygulama bilerek cocuklardan kisisel veri toplamaz.

10. Degisiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikasi zaman zaman guncellenebilir.
Guncel politika bu sayfada yayinlanir ve yururluk tarihi degistirilir.

Dolap Hafizasi – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Dolap Hafizasi mobile application handles user data.
The app is designed as a local-first application. Cupboards, items, notes, dates, and photos are stored on the user’s device by default.

1. Data We Collect or Process

Dolap Hafizasi does not use user accounts or login functionality. The following data entered by the user may be stored locally on the device:

Cupboard/location names and color preferences
Item names, quantity, barcode information, notes, added date, and expiration date
Item photos from the camera or gallery if the user chooses to add them
App settings, notification preferences, and notification time
Local history and analytics records, such as consumed or removed items

2. Camera, Gallery, and AI Features

The app may request camera permission when the user wants to take an item photo or use the on-device object recognition feature.
Camera and gallery usage only happens when the user actively chooses these features.
Object recognition runs on the device using an on-device model; item photos are not uploaded by the app to a server for this feature.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used to:

List items stored in cupboards, pantries, bases, or similar storage areas
Track item quantity, added date, and expiration date
Show local notifications for products approaching their expiration date
Provide analytics, history, and cupboard occupancy information
Display ads and measure ad performance through Google AdMob

4. Ads and Third-Party Services

Dolap Hafizasi uses Google AdMob to display banner ads inside the app.
Google AdMob may process certain data such as device information, advertising ID, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic data for ad serving, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes.
Such data is processed according to Google’s own privacy policy and advertising policies.

5. Data Sharing

Cupboard, item, note, date, and photo data entered by the user is not uploaded by us to a server and is not sold.
However, data processed by the Google AdMob SDK for advertising may be shared with Google.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

App data remains on the device until the user deletes it or uninstalls the app.
When the user deletes or fully removes an item, related local records and any app-saved photo files may be deleted.
Uninstalling the app removes local data stored in Android’s app-specific storage area.

7. Notifications

The app may send local notifications for items approaching their expiration date.
On Android 13 and later, notification permission is requested explicitly from the user.
Notification preferences can be changed in the app settings.

8. Security

The app stores user data using Android app-specific storage and a local database.
Internet access is mainly used for third-party services such as ad display.
